After a quick reboot all I had to do was re-enter the host name back into An圜onnect and everything started working. UPDATE: I was able to resolve this by clearing the system cache, installing 4.2, THEN upgrading to 4.8. Mac Requires macOS 11.0 or later and a Mac with Apple M1 chip or later. This is the Cisco Secure Client (including An圜onnect VPN) application for Apple iOS. Thanks in advance for your time everyone! Has anyone here ever experienced this issue or could possibly suggest a fix for it? We've tried everything from changing configuration settings, re-installing old versions, re-installing the latest version etc etc. Additionally we opened a TAC case about it, and they're currently "analyzing dart files" for the past nearly 2 days now. I've read a couple of threads regarding the issue but nothing they suggested trying has worked. The error message that keeps displaying after you install it is "Posture Assessment Failed: Unable to download CSD library. According to Cisco's website she needs version 4.8, so we made sure it was both on the ASA and also updated properly on her computer. See Support, How-To's, & Info tab for instructions. If you are not prompted to download when signing in then click on the tabs: An圜onnect > Start An圜onnect > Download. Request the Service: Log in to UA VPN - you will be prompted to log in to the latest An圜onnect client.
Recently one of our users upgraded her MacBook Pro to the latest Catalina OS and when she did, the Cisco "An圜onnect" app stopped working. UA's VPN Client is Cisco An圜onnect Secure Mobility Client.
